Revisiting Reflection in HCI

Reflection is a commonly addressed design goal in commercial systems and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research. Yet, it still unclear what tools are at the disposal of designers who want to build that support reflection. Understanding space reflection interaction techniques can foster necessary enable building technologies contribute users' well-being. In order gain additional insight into how interactive artefacts reflection, we investigated past research prototypes reflection-supporting smartphone applications (apps). Through structured literature review an analysis app reviews, constructed four resources for reflection: temporal perspective, conversation, comparison discovery.
